Blue Heart Residential seeks a Residential Children Support Worker at our brand-new Swansea home. The role offers a 2 days on / 4 days off rota with a salary of £29,000 per year and a route into a therapeutic, trauma-informed care environment for young people with complex needs.
You will build trusting relationships, support routines and education, promote independence, and work with a clinical team to ensure safeguarding and high-quality care. Start date July 2026, full-time permanent position.
