Are you a compassionate, resilient and reliable Support Worker looking for a rewarding long-term role where you can make a real difference? We are now recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our team in our brand-new children’s home in Swansea.

Your Responsibilities:- Build trusting, supportive relationships with young people
- Support daily routines, education, life skills and activities
- Promote independence, resilience and emotional development
- Use trauma-informed and PBS approaches
- Manage challenging behaviours professionally
- Maintain safeguarding and regulatory standards
- Complete accurate daily records and reports
- Work collaboratively with the wider care and clinical team
Essential:
- Caring, patient and emotionally resilient
- Reliable, honest and professional
- Able to stay calm during challenging situations
- Willing to work a 2 on / 4 off rota
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience in children’s residential care, youth work or SEN
- Level 3 Diploma Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs
