Codi Group in Swansea is seeking a part-time, permanent Wakeful Scheme Support Officer for Llys Awen in Gorseinon. The role operates on a 3-week rolling rota with 10-hour night shifts (22:00–08:00) and every 3rd weekend off, delivering practical help, budgeting support, and transition guidance to young people aged 16–21.
You’ll engage residents, assist with tenancy skills, welfare benefits, and community links while promoting independent living and wellbeing.
