Pobl Group in Swansea is seeking a full-time, fixed-term Neighbourhood Housing Manager to support customers and communities by managing tenancies, lettings, estates and safety. This role is community-facing, with regular estate visits and collaboration with external agencies to resolve safeguarding and antisocial behaviour concerns.
You will be visible in communities, build trusted relationships, and help customers sustain their homes by early interventions and trauma-informed approaches.
