Social Worker – Children's Services

Liquid Personnel is recruiting aChildrens Social Worker to join its clients Childrens Services teambased in Swansea.

What will your responsibilities be

• Manage cases within CASP Child Protection PLO Court and Locality teams.
• Complete assessments of children and families.
• Support children and families through child protection and court processes.
• Safeguard children and improve outcomes for families.
• Work with families and multi-agency professionals.
• Prepare reports assessments and care plans.
• Follow the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and Wales Safeguarding Procedures.
• Use a strengths-based child-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

• Degree in Social Work (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
• A minimum of three years experience within a Childrens Social Work setting.
• Relevant post-qualified Social Work experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK
