HRS A WEEK Please note we require a Female Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.

About Grove View:
Located within the small, friendly community of Birchgrove, Grove View is a female gender specific home for 9 women with mainly mental health support needs.

The people we support enjoy a variety of activities including bowling, walking, going to the cinema, shopping, going on holidays, arts and crafts, cooking and eating out.

We have a dedicated staff team and are looking for staff who are kind, compassionate, caring, fun and enthusiastic to join us.

We work closely alongside individuals with self-harm and suicide ideation utilising Mental Health relapse prevention plans and picking up on early trigger and warning signs to minimise the risks.

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.

Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.

Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.

Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.

Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.

Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.

Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.

This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support
