About the role## What this role does.
Eva Esi is a whole new model line, built on the research from Forlais. It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.
You will be responsible for how the product looks, feels and performs t covers polish, speed, accessibility, mobile, and making sure everything on screen works the way it should.
If you are a strong web engineer who has wanted a proper reason to work in Rust, this is a good one.
What we look for## Qualifications.
* Strong frontend engineering experience and good product judgement.
* Care about speed and how the product feels on ordinary hardware.
* Believe an interface should do exactly what it says.
* Bring an open mind and genuine readiness for a learning curve.
* Are results oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes.
* Are willing to adapt and try new ideas.
Bonus## Nice to have.
* Rust/WASM frontend frameworks such as Leptos or Yew, or a record of learning stacks like them quickly.
* Design systems and accessibility standards.
* Server-side rendering and hydration performance work.
* Data-heavy product interfaces: consoles, editors and dashboards.
