We’ll give you training and support, and there are 130+ centres across England and Wales with room to grow.

We are recruiting friendly, enthusiastic, energetic & fun coaches to join our teams in our Swansea contract. We are looking for Gymnastics coaches to teach children in our pre-school programme (18m+) and RISE programme 4yr+, with enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and commitment to deliver weekly sessions. A full training programme will be provided and there is potential to develop a career path with us.

• Teach children in our pre-school programme (18m+) and RISE programme (4+ years).
• Deliver weekly sessions with enthusiasm and commitment.
• Complete full training provided and develop a career path with the organisation.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.

• Full training is provided. Welsh language skills are desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fellow coaches, parents and children.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to use initiative.
• Responsible, sensible with good leadership skills.
• Dedication to the club and groups under supervision.
• Ability to work well within a team of coaching staff.
• Good organisational skills and a desire to learn and improve with potential for further qualifications.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible with differing hours from time to time.
• All listed languages:
  English and Welsh for required/desired skills.

Salary: up to £12.29 per hour
