DPD Group in Swansea is seeking a Pre Brief Operative to be the essential link between drivers, the warehouse, and our tech systems. You’ll manage Saturn handheld devices, check-in/out drivers, log repairs, and ensure devices are charged and up to date.
You’ll also help maintain data accuracy in Universe and Google Docs and deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the depot. This role offers stable hours Mon-Fri and a hands-on, fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge
