Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Swansea to lead daily warehouse operations and drive performance. You will guide a team through structured processes, ensure safety and quality, and maintain a clean, organized site.
The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Forklift experience is needed (training provided), with ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Spanish is a plus.
