You’ll take ownership of the night shift operation, leading a team to ensure orders are picked, loaded, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be visible on the warehouse floor, driving performance, maintaining standards, and creating a culture where people can succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading and motivating a warehouse team throughout the night shift.
- Driving productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
- Managing shift performance and labour allocation.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Supporting and developing team members.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Working closely with management to deliver operational targets.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Manager.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience working within a fast‑paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up when needed.
