Swanton Elementary is seeking dedicated, flexible and responsive individuals to join our Student Support Staff for the  school year, starting November 30, 2026.

Student Support Staff facilitate essential academic and behavior support for students in a variety of grade levels and settings. Flexibility, positivity, and a commitment to the success of all learners is essential.

This position is a union support staff position that follows the school year calendar. Hourly rate ranges start at $19.05/hour - $36.15/hour (with a Bachelor's) based on education and experience.
