Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am; 2nd: 2nd 3:30 pm

Experience: No Experience Needed for some roles - Comprehensive On-the-Job Training
Responsibilities- Setup, operate, and troubleshoot manual grinding and/or CNC grinding equipment to produce top-notch medical parts.
- Understand basic CNC programming to utilize existing programs for setting up production runs and make modifications if necessary.
- Perform basic data entry functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate manual tool grinders, disk grinders, and centerless grinders with precision.
- Utilize measuring equipment to inspect the produced product, ensuring accurate diameter.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to read, write and perform basic mathematical functions.
- Mechanically inclined, preferred.
- Performs basic computer skills and the ability to operate in a Windows and non-Windows format.
- Ability to establish and maintain a professional and effective working relationship with co-workers and other employees at all levels in the organization.
- Effective written and/or oral communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and with multiple tasks.
- Ability to work within an atmosphere of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Quality-oriented with attention to details.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles and waste elimination is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of criminal background investigations as well as passing a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
