Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization, and they want you to join their team as a Made to Order (MTO)
Machinist
.

Primary Responsibilities as a MTO Machinist:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual grinding, CNC Grinding/Lathes, Heat Treat, and Sand Blasting processes
• Produce products while maintaining daily production totals and quality standards
• Monitor part conformance and inspect products using precision measuring equipment
• Perform basic CNC program adjustments and daily data entry
• Maintain production levels and perform rework on non-conforming parts as needed
• Occasionally set up and operate chrome plating processes and procedures

Skills and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior CNC, manual grinding, or similar manufacturing/machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts (8+ hours)
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
