Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization, and they want you to join their team as a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler
.

Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler:

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch all preventative, planned, and unplanned maintenance work, coordinating with Value Stream Managers and Team Leaders
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings, kit supplies, estimate labor, and launch work orders
• Maintain, update, and report on all equipment and work records in the dispatch system, including completion percentages and downtime
• Assist in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Source parts, manage MRO inventory, and complete purchase requisitions
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance optimization and oversee Waste Stream Process (RCRA and DOT) with EH&S

Your skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years industrial experience, including electrical knowledge (480v circuits, control voltage, low voltage, AC/DC helpful)
• Working knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, band saws, surface grinders
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and Arc/MIG/TIG welding, brazing, soldering skills
• Strong ability to diagnose, prioritize, and execute work orders across facility, machinery, and equipment
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments and maintaining detailed records
