Position Description

Always greet and provide excellent customer service to customers. A floating associate/MIT will have comprehensive knowledge of general operations within the store, including store side, food service, and management duties. Will work with the District Manager to support stores within the district area of operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Always greet customers within the store and provide excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
  • Support the store by filling in for scheduling gaps to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Willingness to work as a cashier, stock products, perform maintenance tasks, and work in the food service department.
  • Willingness to learn Store Manager tasks such as cash balancing, invoicing, ordering, scheduling, environmental tasks, and maintenance requests to cover stores in a manager’s absence.
  • Willingness to learn food service operations, obtain Serve Safe certification, and follow all food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Help train new staff in stores.
  • Be flexible and willing to travel to more than one location a day.
  • Communicate well with Store Managers and District Managers on store issues or feedback.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.

Availability

Shifts vary by location and are established based on the business needs of the store. Your manager will work with you to find a schedule that will provide you with your desired hours whenever possible. Schedules are flexible and should be discussed with your manager. This position requires self-provided transportation to area stores.
