• Generate consistent weekly leads by leveraging proven PLACE systems.
• Work closely with buyers and sellers to provide expert guidance, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
• Host at least two open houses per month to present properties to potential buyers.
• Keep accurate records of all activities and track your sales pipeline using PLACE Technology.
• Allocate weekly time for personalized coaching, training workshops, and practicing scripts.
• Participate actively in team gatherings and help nurture a supportive and positive team environment.
• Grow your real‑estate business by maintaining steady production and continuously developing your skills and knowledge.

• Possession of a current Oregon Broker real‑estate license (mandatory).
• Minimum of one year experience in real‑estate (desired).
• Innate confidence in both communication and negotiation.
