ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform planning, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards, oversee safety and security, maintain profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and supporting department goals.
