What you will do:

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales in the computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re‑stock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Teach others how to perform the tasks above.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as items arrive.

What you need:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and learn people‑management skills.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that you may be alone at times.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25–50 pounds.
