Position: Inside/Outside Sales-Eljen

Join Our Team Eljen Technology is a leading manufacturer and distributor of advanced organic scintilla tors, specializing in innovative solutions for radiation detection and measurement. Our products are used in diverse industries including healthcare, nuclear power, environmental monitoring, and scientific research. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Salesperson with a background in physics and a passion for technology to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will promote and sell our range of organic scintillator products to existing and potential customers, requiring excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in physical science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in scientific instrumentation, radiation detection, or related fields.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex scientific concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of organic scintilla tors.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to radiation detection.
