Office Manager Swift

Position: Office Manager Swift Current
Lead office coordination with EBT Chartered Professional Accountants in Swift Current, using organization and judgment to keep daily operations moving. Support employees, clients, and workplace needs.
As a full-time Office Manager, you will remain hands-on while serving as an on-site resource for operational questions and issues. The work includes administrative support, client service, coordination, and follow-through. You will connect people with appropriate EBT resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office questions, needs, and operational issues
Coordinate supplies, equipment, facilities, technology, vendors, and shared spaces
Provide hands-on administrative support and coverage
Support employee setup, access, equipment, and local onboarding
Connect employees with People & Culture, IT, and leadership
Requirements:
Bring five or more years of progressive administrative experience
Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Use sound judgment and take ownership
Communicate professionally in sensitive situations
Show proficiency with Microsoft 365 and office technology
Bring administrative leadership, problem-solving, and client service skills to keep EBT’s Swift Current office organized and responsive.
