Lead Customer Support Representative

As Lead Customer Center Representative, you will serve as customers’ first point of contact. The work combines customer inquiries, software and booking support, and operational monitoring across multiple facilities. You will coordinate with operations while maintaining accurate issue records and escalating concerns to head office.

• Provide professional customer support through phone and digital channels
• Troubleshoot software and booking issues for customers
• Monitor CCTV and facility systems for security operations
• Resolve simulator issues remotely or provide troubleshooting guidance
• Record issues accurately and escalate concerns to head office

• High school degree or equivalent
• At least one year in call center or customer service
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Confidence using software platforms and digital tools
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
