Lead Customer Center Representative

The CSR is the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires strong English communication skills, multitasking ability, and technical troubleshooting skills. You will manage customer inquiries, assist with software and booking issues, and help monitor operations across multiple facilities.

• Provide professional, friendly customer support by phone and digital channels
• Troubleshoot software and booking issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Monitor CCTV and facility systems for security and operations
• Assist with simulator troubleshooting that can be resolved remotely or with guidance
• Maintain accurate records of issues and elevate concerns to head office
• Work closely with the operations team to improve customer experience

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a high-paced call center or customer service environment
• Strong multitasking and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Tech-savvy and confident using software platforms and digital tools
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure with customers
• Administrative experience with customer-support role is considered an asset
