Position: RBC Personal Banking Advisor
Serve RBC clients in Swift Current through everyday banking, credit, and investment advice while applying client-focused sales expertise. Full-time work requires digital literacy and problem-solving skills.
As a Banking Advisor within RBC Personal & Commercial Banking, you help clients achieve goals through advice, education, and referrals. You engage clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with RBC partners. Your work supports client satisfaction and loyalty through meaningful banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage clients in branches and communities to uncover banking needs
Provide help, advice, sales opportunities, and referrals
Demonstrate digital banking and educate clients using technology
Complete financial transactions and resolve banking problems
Maintain partner relationships supporting opportunities and referrals
Requirements:
Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or Canadian Securities Course
Client-first passion and target-driven sales experience
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops
Availability during all open business hours
