This multifaceted position requires effective partnership development across all Colorado communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to achieve occupancy goals

• Support sales presentations and prospect follow-ups

• Maintain accurate CRM data for sales activities

• Develop relationships with healthcare providers

• Track market intelligence and referral conversions

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in business development

• Proven success in relationship selling and census growth

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel frequently across Colorado
