Deliver packages courteously and efficiently as a Fed Ex Courier, using a valid driver’s license, customer service, and route organization. This interview position is full-time, Monday through Saturday.
Fed Ex seeks a Courier to provide pickup and delivery services on an assigned route. You will check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service while providing related customer service functions. The work requires communication, time management, organization, and multitasking. Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations or Canadian Customs regulations is an asset. Quebec residents must be bilingual in French and English.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
- Check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service
- Provide related customer service functions
- Work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
- Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training thresholds
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
Use safe driving, organized route service, and courteous communication to deliver packages and support Fed Ex customers efficiently.
