Job DescriptionExperience in scale up operations from Laboratory environment to full production.
Experience in clarification and mixing operations from laboratory scale to start up.
Design of Experiments experience a must. This will typically be done in a team setting but will require independent lab work, scientific assessment of progress, and recommendations for next steps.
Assist in investigations and/or method troubleshooting as needed.
Work collaboratively in a GMP lab environment and operations environment. Follow all laboratory method, instrumentation, and safety requirements. Follow all cGMP procedures.
Be able to provide training, guidance, and/or support for both new and experienced staff in matters related to areas of experience, knowledge, and/or expertise.
Author test methods, tech transfer studies and reports per site requirements.
Support startup of processes.
Experience in project management of start up to full scale processes.
BS/MS in Science (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry) with 4+ total years of experience working in a related industry.
Professional experience working with analytical instrumentation in a laboratory environment.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience writing and revising documents (e.g. testing methods, protocols, reports).
Experience performing testing in a GMP setting.
MS Project experience.
Broad experience working hands-on with HPLC instrumentation and detection methods, and other general analytical methods including colorimetric assays.
Experience assisting with instrument support and/or qualification activities.
Proficiency in utilizing documentation system to author protocols and reports.
Experience participating in teams and collaborative work environments.
Good communication skills (verbal and written), math skills, general computer skills.
Team environment a must.
BS/MS in Science (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry) with 4+ total years of experience working in a related industry.
