** Security Experience (C115)
** Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

** Valid Driver's License (C123)
** Candidates must hold a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements. This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation as part of job duties.

4.  
** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management. Familiarity with security protocols related to access control is preferred.

5.  
** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage electronic communications, and utilize digital tools effectively.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry processes, and report access concerns in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare and pharmaceutical facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter spaces to help identify and report unusual conditions.

+ Support a professional, orderly environment by providing directions, addressing routine inquiries, and escalating concerns through established reporting channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR/First Aid is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
