Candidates must meet the following pre-employment requirements before being considered for employment:

1.  
** Security Experience*
* 2. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

3.  
** Valid Driver's License*
* 4. Candidates must possess a valid  driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation as part of job duties.

5.  
** Access Control/Badge Experience*
* 6. Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is crucial for maintaining security protocols within the organization.

7.  
** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet*
* 8. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This includes the ability to navigate software applications and perform necessary tasks efficiently.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access concerns or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and established escalation procedures.

+ Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately in required reports and logs.

* + At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
