Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established independent used car operation in Swindon, who are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join their team. This role is primarily MOT-focused, with repair work when required. A great opportunity to join a supportive business offering excellent pay and work-life balance.
Responsibilities & Requirements:Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
Assist with light servicing and maintenance when required.
Diagnose and repair faults accurately and efficiently.
Complete all job cards and service documentation to a professional standard.
Valid MOT Testing licence (essential).
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification required.
The Package:Basic Salary: £42,500 + bonus of up to £50,000!!!
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (No weekends).
Independent used car operation with a supportive team environment.
