What We Offer

Contract Type:
Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
• Lead and deliver the College’s business development, sales, and employer engagement strategy
• Drive income growth across apprenticeships, commercial training, and funded provision
• Develop and manage sales pipelines, bids, and commercial opportunities
• Build and convert employer relationships into long-term strategic partnerships
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales and business development team
• Work collaboratively with curriculum leaders to ensure provision meets market and employer demand
• Use market intelligence, data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and growth
What You’ll Bring
• Proven senior experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding income and growth targets
• Highly transferable skills in negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder influence
• Confidence operating in both strategic and hands-on sales environments
• Experience translating commercial priorities into sustainable, long-term value
• Experience in education, training, apprenticeships, or public sector environments (desirable, but not essential)
