Why this role exists This appointment has been created deliberately, not reactively. Our client is strengthening its pre-construction function in response to a sustained increase in secured and negotiated work. Rather than pushing volume through an overstretched estimating team, the business is investing in senior leadership to improve bid quality, consistency and commercial decision-making. If youre currently pricing tenders under constant time pressure, firefighting poor information, or carrying senior responsibility without real influence, this role offers something different.
