An educational support organization in Swindon is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for a long-term position starting ASAP. This role is perfect for recent graduates in Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology looking to gain experience before pursuing a career as a Criminal Justice Officer or similar fields. Daily duties include assisting teachers and managing challenging behaviours of students aged 5 to 16 with mental health needs.

The position offers £85 to £95 per day.
