About the Role
Academics Ltd are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Swindon. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a classroom setting and to develop key skills for a future teaching career.

Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
Manage the behaviour in the classroom ensuring a positive learning environment
Supervise work set by the subject teacher
Be a positive influence to the students
Strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children in some capacity
Recent graduate aspiring to become a teacher
Excellent communication skills
Ability to keep a level head and manage behaviour
