Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, Education, or a related field
QTS
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Creative, adaptable and able to inspire students of all abilities
Passion for fostering artistic expressionResponsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Art lessons across KS3-KS4
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Support students in developing technical skills and creative thinking
Assess student progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback
Contribute to the development of departmental resources and displays
