Smile Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued partnerships within the Endeavour Multi Academy Trust. We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN Primary School in Wolverhampton.

🏫 About the School
The school provides specialist education for children aged 2–11 years with a wide range of additional needs, including:

Autism
Challenging behaviour
Learning disabilities
Pupils whose needs cannot be met within a mainstream setting

✨ About the Role
You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to deliver engaging activities, promote independence, and act as a positive role model within the school community.

✅ We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs
✔ Is confident working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis
✔ Can fully immerse themselves in school life
✔ Holds a minimum Level 2 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification
✔ Has UK-based experience and can provide two references covering the past two years

🔒 Safeguarding & Compliance
Interviews will take place in the first week of January, with full safeguarding and compliance checks completed. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or a willingness to apply for a new DBS through Smile Education.
