SEND Nursery Assistant

The nursery supports a range of children across different age groups, with dedicated spaces designed to meet individual learning and developmental needs. The staff team work closely together to build trusting relationships with both children and families, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and valued.

The nursery is currently seeking a SEND Nursery Assistant to join their supportive team on a permanent basis. The ideal applicant will have previous experience supporting children with SEND within an Early Years setting and will demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and adaptable approach to their work.

The successful SEND Nursery Assistant will:

• Have previous experience working with children with SEND, ideally within an Early Years setting

• Have a good understanding of the Early Years Framework and inclusive practices

• Be able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references

• Be patient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs
