Academics Ltd is working with a school in Swindon who are seeking individuals that are passionate about helping students from a range of different backgrounds engage with learning. We are looking for individuals who can provide support on a 1:1 basis to students.

This is an excellent platform for aspiring educational psychologists to gain experience working with children with complex needs.

• Provide support to students with complex needs
• Be a positive influence for students
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom
• Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe and supported.

• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
• Clean DBS check

• Competitive Pay Rate 85-105 depending on experience
