Your role will involve supervising lessons, maintaining high behaviour standards, and supporting student learning during the absence of the regular teacher.

• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
• Supervise assigned tasks set by the subject teacher.
• Act as a positive role model and build productive relationships with students.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of students.

• Previous experience in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.

• Competitive Pay Rate: £100 - £135 per day.
