Role Responsibilities
  • Inspire a love for physical activity and healthy lifestyles by delivering outstanding PE lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse range of student needs and abilities, employing various teaching strategies.
  • Encourage active participation and foster positive attitudes toward physical education and personal well‑being.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback, supporting their progress and development.
  • Facilitate effective communication with parents/guardians through parent‑teacher meetings and school events.
Candidate Requirements
  • Preferred possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong understanding of PE, coupled with a passion for promoting physical well‑being and personal development.
  • Exceptional classroom management skills, creating a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
Pay

Competitive daily remuneration aligned with the pay scale, negotiable based on qualifications and experience. The minimum daily rate for a non‑planning and marking role is £140. Full responsibility teaching roles are paid to scale.
