Site Engineer – Civil Engineering

Swindon, Wiltshire

An established regional civil engineering contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to join a scheme in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of engineering duties on a self-delivered project involving new access roads, drainage and Section 278 works.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate setting out for roads, drainage, kerbs, surfacing and installation of foul water tanks

* Offer technical support and raise any design or specification queries

* Maintain detailed records, as-built drawings, and progress data

* Collaborate with site managers and operatives to deliver works to specification

Requirements

* Proven experience in setting out civil engineering works, ideally roads and drainage

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (you’ll need your own laptop with AutoCAD installed)

* Valid CSCS card and eligibility to live and work in the UK

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

This role can be paid on a CIS basis or limited company can be considered.
