- Low patient load:
- 12 patients per session
- 15-minute appointments

- Cornerstone of local healthcare with a patient list of approximately 11,000–12,600
- Modern, purpose-built premises
- Excellent clinical and administrative support, including practice managers, deputy managers, and dedicated reception teams.
- Collaborative working environment
- Team includespractice nurses, healthcare assistants, clinical pharmacists, paramedics, mental health practitioners, and ANPs.
- Strong emphasis on professional development and CPD, with regular clinical meetings, audit opportunities, and postgraduate training support.
- Training practice with involvement in medical education and research; supportive onboarding for newly qualified GPs.
- High QOF achievement and active involvement in local Primary Care Network (PCN) initiatives.
