Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
• Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
• Developing and reviewing crisis plans
• Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
• Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
• Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care

Essential

Qualifications:

• To apply, you must have:
• NMC registration
• (valid and active).
• A minimum of
• 6 months of NHS experience as in Community Eligibility to work in the UK.
