HR Dept Swindon is seeking a People Advisor
- Employee Relations to deliver practical, commercial HR guidance to clients. You will handle ER casework, provide advice by phone and email, and contribute to policy and process improvements.
Hybrid role, 40 hours a week, £35k-£40k DOE, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and on-site parking. You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality HR services and developing client relationships.
