Overview
I am looking for an Estate Technician to work with an established social housing provider in the Swindon area. Work will include property clearances in void properties, furniture removals and deep cleans in properties.
Responsibilities- Carry out property clearances in void properties.
- Perform furniture removals and deep cleans in properties.
- A manual driving license.
- Previous experience regarding the above.
- £14.10 P/H
- Temp to perm
- A company van for work purposes (unable to take vehicle home) 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - 40 hours per week
