Working in our active Swindon facility, you will:

• Carry out comprehensive safety inspections, retail preparation work, routine vehicle servicing
  , and mechanical repairs across a diverse fleet.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and multi-brand software to systematically troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Complete thorough maintenance and prep work, ensuring every vehicle meets top‑tier retail and safety standards.
• Work productively alongside our vehicle coordinators, sales teams, and fellow mechanics to maintain a smooth, efficient workshop flow.

• The Credentials: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (
  NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent).

• The Mindset: A reliable, self-motivated team player who is comfortable using digital systems and adapts quickly to different car brands.
• The Basics: A full UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is a great advantage! You must also have your own tools.
