- Leadership & Strategy – Inspire and manage a team of 7 direct reports and oversee a workforce of around 240 people.
- Financial & Contract Management – Ensure all contractual terms are met while optimising profitability and achieving financial targets.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and satisfaction.
- Growth & Development – Identify opportunities to enhance and expand service offerings.
- Continuous Improvement – Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational enhancements.
- A proven leader with senior management experience
. - A results-driven professional with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities.
- Facilities management, including waste management.
- Soft services, particularly catering and hospitality.
- FM accreditation (IWFM) or working towards certification.
