Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Reginald Gray is supporting a long standing client in the prime residential sector who are entering a key stage of growth. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of running multiple sites concurrently, with two high end residential projects ready for immediate leadership.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of project delivery from start to finish, maintain high standards on site and work confidently with end users, consultants and specialist supply chains across the prime residential space.

Key Requirements

• Strong trade background, ideally carpentry

• Experience as a Site Manager within high end residential construction

• Ready to step up into Project Management or already operating at this level

• Ability to run two projects concurrently and maintain consistent standards

• Confident communicator, capable of working with demanding clients and consultant teams

• Understanding of programme, quality management, H&S and modern site processes
