Our Graduate Management Training Programme offers fast-track routes to management, with hands-on experience and extensive training designed to progress to Branch Manager in a retail operation in as little as two years. • Based in a branch after a classroom-based orientation, gain hands-on experience of our operation and learn valuable skills to manage a business, including sales, marketing, account management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
• Complete an initial training period of approximately 8 to 12 months before progressing to the next role.
• Contribute to customer service excellence and drive business results as part of a collaborative team.
