Swindon
Hours:
8:00am 5:00pm
Temporary
Due to the location you must have your own transport
Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Swindon.
The Duties- Machine Operation:
Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets. - Quality Control:
Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications. - Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely
- Completing daily tasks and following production schedules
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency
- Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard-free
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Great interpersonal skills
- Articulate communicator
- Hands on, a can do, get the job done attitude.
- A team player who is able to motivate others
- Health and Safety aware
